Reg Gillard

Reg Gillard brings over 30 years experience in accounting and corporate finance to CRC. He has extensive experience and significant expertise in the evaluation and acquisition of businesses requiring development capital, initial public offerings, rights issues and placements, together with ongoing funding, corporate governance and compliance issues of listed public companies.

Reg is Chairman of Perseus Mining Ltd, Aspen Group Ltd, Nemex Resources Ltd and Platina Resources Ltd. He is a Fellow of the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

David Calcei

David Calcei is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years experience. He has significant experience in the provision of taxation, corporate and consultancy services to small to medium sized entities and public companies, principally in the resource sector. David is a non-executive director of Verus Investments Ltd.

Mark Calderwood

Mark Calderwood is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and has 20 years experience in exploring and mining gold. He is a specialist in resource/reserve definition and feasibility studies. He has 14 years experience in, and a network of contacts throughout, West Africa.  Mark is Managing Director of Perseus Mining Ltd and a non-executive director of Manas Resources Ltd.

Colin Carson

Colin Carson has been involved as a director of numerous Australian public companies since the 1980's. He is currently a director of Perseus Mining Ltd, Caspian Oil & Gas Ltd and Manas Resources Ltd. He is experienced with joint venture negotiations and corporate and legal matters and with the taxation and mining laws in West Africa.

Nigel Ferguson

Nigel Ferguson is a geologist with more than 23 years of experience in the exploration and definition of precious and base metal mineral resources in globally diverse locations.

He has held several senior technical management roles before accepting executive corporate roles for listed companies. Nigel has served as the chief executive officer of LSE-listed [AIM market] Condor Resources plc between 2003 and 2008. He is also president and CEO of TSX-listed copper explorer, African Metals Corp, and a director of ASX listed Burey Gold Ltd and RMA Energy Ltd.

Patrick Flint

Patrick Flint has been involved in the resources sector as a director or company secretary of ASX and Toronto Stock Exchange listed companies with mineral projects in Australia, Africa and Asia for the last 17 years. He has significant experience with project acquisitions, joint venture negotiations and management, fundraisings and corporate matters. Patrick is currently a director of Mt Magnet South Ltd, Nemex Resources Ltd and Erongo Energy Ltd and is company secretary of Red Metal Ltd.

Ron Gajewski

Ron Gajewski is an accountant by profession, with many years of experience as a director and corporate advisor to public companies. He is currently chairman of Burey Gold Ltd, an Executive Director of Carnavale Resources Limited and non-executive chairman of Erongo Energy Ltd. Mr Gajewski has previously held a number of directorships with mining companies listed in both Canada and Australia. Mr Gajewski brings significant public company and capital markets experience to the Board.
